The Therapy Process

Let’s break it down, step by step.

FREE - 15 minute consultation call

Before scheduling an intake assessment, I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to ensure we are the right fit. This call can be done over the phone or video. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a feel for how I work.

Meeting with other therapists to find the perfect fit? That’s okay! The more the merrier. This is a commitment-free, no pressure conversation meant just for YOU.

If we both feel we are a match, we’ll get you scheduled for an intake assessment!

Session Types & Fees

I offer in person and telehealth options.

In person sessions are held at my office in Greenville, RI.

All sessions are private pay, as I am not in-network with insurance companies.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I will provide a monthly superbill - a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
